About three weeks ago two men were charged by police investigating the possible honour killing of a teenager, who was reportedly found stuffed in a freezer.
Mujahid Hussain, 33, and Vincent Tappu, 28, did not enter a plea during a preliminary hearing at the Old Bailey.
Hussain, also known as Arshid, was charged with the murder, rape and kidnap of 20-year-old Miss Dookhran.
The defendant, of no fixed address, was further charged with the rape, attempted murder and kidnap of a second victim, a woman aged in her 20s.
Prosecutors allege that Hussain murdered Miss Dookhran, who was of Indian Muslim heritage, in a suspected “honour killing” for being in a relationship with an Arab Muslim.

About 4 weeks ago a terrified girl staggered to a hospital with a slashed throat and multiple stab wounds. According to the Evening Standard she had been kidnapped with her 19 year old cousin, Celine Dookhran, and driven to a detached property under renovation in a wealthy London suburb.
Police raced to an address owned by the family of Celine Dookhran and found her body partially dismembered in a large upright fridge.
It is widely believed that these two Indian Muslim girls were too ‘Westernised’ and had been dating Arab Muslim boys which was all too much for their families and have now paid the price.
Imagine a white bloke, whose two daughters had this happen to them, because they went out with Asians – the British media would be talking of this day and night for weeks, if not months. However, any ‘nasty’ news to do with immigrants, particularly that associated with an alien imported culture, is buried very quickly by the British news media.
