Indigenous People Crushed

By Peter Mill.  This article concerns the subject of Indigenous People, and in particular, the Indigenous People of Britain. If you happen to be British, white, and have a family tree born and bred in Britain, would you consider yourself to be an indigenous British person?

Well, I have to tell you that you are not – quite regardless of what you may think or say about it: at least, not according to successive British governments. This is purely because, if parliament recognised that the indigenous people of Britain existed, we would have to be granted the full rights of indigenous peoples under international law!

It is therefore much more convenient for successive Labour and Tory governments to regularly trot out the tired old lie that there is no such thing as “indigenous British people.” Let me fill you in on some interesting but rather worrying details, which are largely unknown and unreported.

What IS an “Indigenous People”?

On the 19th, 20th and 21st of January 2004, the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs held a “Workshop” on “Data Collection and Disaggregation for Indigenous Peoples.” (“Disaggregation” means the same thing as “Disintegration”.) In this workshop, the United Nations were assessing and deciding upon the present-day situation of Indigenous Peoples in the world, and their treatment by various draconian governments which threaten to disintegrate, or disperse them, and overwhelm and destroy their individual cultures.

This Workshop was opened with a Background Paper prepared by the Secretariat of the Permanent Forum on Indigenous issues, and the paper was titled: “The Concept of Indigenous Peoples”. I would like to quote some extremely important and very relevant extracts from this Background Paper.

“…An understanding of the concept of “indigenous and tribal peoples” is contained in article 1 of the 1989 Convention concerning Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries, No. 169, adopted by the International Labour Organization.”

“…the Special Rapporteur who prepared the above-mentioned study offered a working definition of “indigenous communities, peoples and nations”. In doing so he expressed a number of basic ideas to provide the intellectual framework for this effort, which included the right of indigenous peoples themselves to define what and who is indigenous. The working definition reads as follows:

“Indigenous communities, peoples and nations are those which, having a historical continuity with pre-invasion and pre-colonial societies that developed on their territories, consider themselves distinct from other sectors of the societies now prevailing on those territories, or parts of them. They form at present non-dominant sectors of society, and are determined to preserve, develop and transmit to future generations their ancestral territories, and their ethnic identity, as the basis of their continued existence as peoples, in accordance with their own cultural patterns, social institutions and legal system.

“On an individual basis, an indigenous person is one who belongs to these indigenous populations through self-identification as indigenous (group consciousness) and is recognized and accepted by these populations as one of its members (acceptance by the group).

“This preserves for these communities the sovereign right and power to decide who belongs to them, without external interference”.

This UN definition sounds quite good, doesn’t it? Until you re-read that part that goes: “They form at present non-dominant sectors of society.”

This actually stipulates, within the closest document the United Nations has ever produced to a definition of “Indigenous People”, that the native British population are not Indigenous People – because we are not yet numerically a non-dominant sector of British society!

In simple terms, this means we are not yet outnumbered by our invaders!

So, according to this United Nations preparatory paper, the native white people of Britain will not legally become recognised as an “Indigenous People” until we have actually become outnumbered in our own country by other invading and colonising ethnic peoples!

In other words, according to the United Nations, there will be no such thing as Indigenous British People, until it is too late to do anything about correcting the situation, at which point – when we are already outnumbered by cultural and ethnic invaders – the status of indigenous British people can be recognised!

Whatever happened to: “Prevention is better than cure?”

If you think the United Nations has betrayed us, I have to tell you it doesn’t stop there! It gets worse!

The Importance of Convention 169

The United Nations paper on Indigenous Peoples makes a reference to the 1989 Convention number 169 of the International Labour Organisation, concerning Indigenous Peoples. This Convention 169 is very important. In this Convention, “Indigenous Peoples” are defined like this: they are – and I quote:

“…Peoples in independent countries who are regarded as indigenous on account of their descent from the populations which inhabited the country, or a geographical region to which the country belongs, at the time of conquest or colonization or the establishment of present state boundaries and who, irrespective of their legal status, retain some or all of their own social, economic, cultural and political institutions. Self-identification as indigenous or tribal shall be regarded as a fundamental criterion for determining the groups to which the provisions of this Convention apply.”

In other words, if supporters of Nationalism choose to identify ourselves publically as indigenous on account of our descent from the populations which inhabited this country at the time of the establishment of its present national boundaries, which is at least as long ago as the Act of Union of 1707, which established what it called: “One Kingdom by the Name of Great Britain”,  or even of James the First in 1603, the first king of both England and Scotland, and could even be said to have initially occurred in Norman times or even Anglo-Saxon times, and if we retain some or all of our own social, economic, cultural and political institutions, then Convention 169 of the International Labour Organisation requires that we would have to be legally recognised as being members of an Indigenous British People.

This sounds much more promising, doesn’t it? Think again! Convention 169 only becomes law if a country ratifies it. The following countries have ratified Convention 169, by the terms of which the white British native population would be classed as a proper Indigenous People within the UK.  Argentina. Bolivia. Brazil. Chile. Columbia. Costa Rica. Denmark. Dominica. Nepal. Ecuador. Fiji. Guatamala. Honduras. Mexico. The Netherlands. Norway. Paraguay. Peru. Spain. Venezuela.

Notice anybody missing from this list?

A Legal Trick to Eliminate the Indigenous British

Let’s see what former British Prime Minister Gordon Brown stated in 2009 regarding Convention 169, the acknowledgement of which would officially recognise the existence of a native British white Indigenous Population. Again I quote, this time from a Downing Street communiqué regarding a petition asking the government to ratify Convention 169 as rapidly as possible.

“The Government does not plan to sign ILO Convention 169, which we assess does not apply to the United Kingdom”

So the “British” parliament has made their position clear. They refuse to accept and adopt an international recommendation, referenced by the United Nations, which precisely defines the aboriginal white British people as being Indigenous to their own country. By the deliberate actions of Parliament and British law, Indigenous British people have been stripped of their right even to claim they exist!

Tories, Labour and Lib-Dems all agree on this issue, because legality can only be given to mass immigration, and the upholding and advancement of the invasion and establishment of immigrant cultures in the UK, to the actions of the Equality and Rights commissions, and to Court cases that uphold the rights of immigrants over and above any rights of the indigenous British,  for as long as Parliament does not have to legally recognise the existence, and therefore the legal requirement to protect the rights and culture, of any British Indigenous Population!

Let’s consider some other relevant facts. Perhaps the word “hypocrisy” may well cross your mind.

We Have to Pay for People of Other Countries to Enjoy What we Ourselves are Denied!

In 2005 the Labour government agreed with other European countries a joint statement that committed the European Union to “strengthen the mainstreaming of indigenous issues into its work.” This statement obliges the European Union and its individual member states to “…regularly meet representatives of Indigenous groups to discuss policies and their implementation, as well as making Indigenous groups eligible for funding under EU human rights and democracy programs.”

Another fact: – the European Union – partly funded, remember, by the money you and I pay to them through taxes – also provides the necessary funds to the International Labour Organisation to enable it to work on implementing Convention 169 in places such as Africa, Latin America, South America and South Asia.

So, to add insult to injury, you and I are paying for the acceptance of recognition, cultural protection and legal rights of Indigenous People in Africa, in Latin America, in South America and in South Asia, under Convention 169 – that same convention which our mainstream political leaders state does not apply to us at all!

I mentioned hypocrisy just now. After the petition was raised asking the government to adopt and ratify Convention 169, which was rejected with the sweeping response that it does not apply to Britain as there is no Indigenous population here, a written statement was issued by Downing Street.

(I believe Basil Fawlty’s polite phrase that describes this would be “covering your bottom!”)

Having completely dismissed any possibility of recognising even the existence of British Indigenous People, let alone their rights, this is what former Labour Prime Minister Gordon Brown stated in writing. I quote word-for-word from his sanctimonious communiqué:-

“The United Kingdom joined 142 other countries in supporting the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples by both the Human Rights Council and the United Nations General Assembly, which was adopted in 2007. This is an important tool to protect indigenous peoples.  It represents the views and wishes of indigenous people and the international community.  This resolution recognises the rights of indigenous individuals and establishes the parameters for future work.

“We work closely with indigenous peoples on government funding.  We are committed to implementing European Union Council Resolution of 30 November 1998 on Indigenous Peoples within the framework of the development co-operation of the Community and the Member States, a policy which indigenous people were involved in developing.

“The Department for International Development has also set out its plans and undertakings in the 2005 Policy Paper “Reducing Poverty by tackling social exclusion”, which includes the rights of indigenous peoples. This means in practice that they will: undertake to identify which groups in society are excluded and why, through the Country Governance Analysis process which feeds into the Country Assistance Plans: recognise that indigenous people are often denied rights, especially through language and geographical location: support programmes that seek to strengthen the rights, voice and political representation and participation of excluded groups.”

So Parliament is pledged by its treaties within the European Union to support programmes that seek to strengthen the rights, voice and political representation and participation of excluded groups – providing, of course, that the “excluded group” is not the indigenous white native population of Britain who are specifically excluded from recognition, denied equal rights, denied protection for our native culture, customs and thousands of years of history, excluded from receiving EU funds earmarked for helping Indigenous People, denied in Court the right to represent ourselves as an Indigenous Political Entity, and – in short – completely and utterly denied all the same rights, protections, funds and legal recognition that is extended with open arms by our own government to all other indigenous people!

The Biggest Ever Insult to the British People

It is an inconvenient fact for the LIB/LAB/CON mandarins who depend on the imported immigrant vote for their ticket to the trough – that there is indisputably, a genuine British Indigenous People.

These genuine British Indigenous People, however, have been unfairly squashed and branded as being “politically incorrect” by Tories, Labour and Lib-Dem, and the views, requirements and native rights of the Indigenous British People have therefore been severely repressed – indeed, totally revoked – both politically and sociologically.

If this total denial of indigenous human rights were meted out to a tiny rainforest tribe in the Amazon Jungle, there would be international outrage and condemnation and the government concerned would be subjected to all manner of international pressures until they were forced to recognize the native’s indigenous rights.

The indisputable British Indigenous People, who are so “politically incorrect” according to the mind-control of our increasingly Orwellian state, are the descendents of the native, aboriginal white British population who were living in this country in 1948 when Commonwealth citizens were given the right to settle in Britain; who fought European dictatorship in the Second World War; whose fathers and grandfathers fought in the First World War; whose ancestors fought at Waterloo, at Trafalgar, at Agincourt, at Crécy; whose direct linear forefathers have consistently fought for their right to be universally recognised as a self-governing Indigenous Population all the way back for 944 years to the last time Britain was successfully invaded, in 1066!

The government does not approve of the triumphant native history of what Sir Winston Churchill has called “The English-Speaking People”.  The government, in effect, would like to at least gloss-over our nation’s history, and if it can get away with it, erase most of it. This they are attempting in our schools at this time, where the teaching of British history has been reduced to a travesty. This they are also attempting by categorically stating – even from a British Prime Minister’s own lips – the falsehood that there are no Indigenous British People.

I ask you – can there be any greater insult to the British people than this? I think not.

This is why Britain needs a Nationalist revival and, one day hopefully a Nationalist government.

  1. ‘Indigenous’ simply means the native stock belonging to the soil of a nation.
This weasel word ‘non dominant’ is not and never has been part of the definition. It was just thrown in by cunning leftists in order to justify white genocide.

  2. This is one of the most important issues that we should be constantly raising and fighting for. Recognition as the indigenous people of the British Isles. We have huge amounts of scientific proof that this is true, and must constantly press the government to legally acknowledge this reality. We should have marches, demonstrations and carry out publicity stunts to gain the attention of the majority indigenous people and get them to understand exactly what is going on. Perhaps this would enthuse others to join with in demanding recognition as indigenous Britons. The fact that the LibLabCon refuse us this protection speaks volumes for their true political motivation. Traitors to our people – one and all.

  3. The right of our White indigenous British people to remain the majority in our own country is without question. The moral high ground is ours, it is now to present our policies to the public in a way which reflects this. The hypocrisy of the Far-Left and their Globalist backers knows no bounds, to think they are mainly White too, beggars belief! The useful idiots of the Far-Left are mad, do they really think opening borders is to benefit the working class proletariat? Do they really think the super-wealthy, Globalist banking cartel and European Aristocracy who are driving this agenda of betrayal care one little jot for the poor and middle class of this world?

If native Americans and aborigines are entitled to indigenous rights then so do we, this is an issue a pressure group working on behalf of the native British people should be campaigning on!

  4. I have long suspected they avoid classification of us because they know that by their actions, both past and present, they could possibly be “done” for crimes against humanity and be found in breach of the UN Declaration of Indigenous Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Perhaps the most noteworthy pieces of that document (although many of the ‘articles’ of the document may be applied to ourselves, if we were given the recognition that is!) is article 8.
    .
    Article 8 states:
    .
    —————
    .
    1. Indigenous peoples and individuals have the right not to be subjected to forced assimilation or destruction of their culture.
    .
    2. States shall provide effective mechanisms for prevention of, and redress for:
    .
    (a) Any action which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;
    .
    (b) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources;
    .
    (c) Any form of forced population transfer which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights;
    .
    (d) Any form of forced assimilation or integration;
    .
    (e) Any form of propaganda designed to promote or incite racial or ethnic discrimination directed against them.
    .
    ————–
    .
All main political parties are guilty of doing *ALL* the above.
    .
Articles 7, 9, 11, 18, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31 and 33 are perhaps also relevent to us if we were afforded the same kind of recognition. Depending on the interpretation of what may constitute violations of all the above, I think they are potentially guilty on many of these areas. No wonder they do not seek to allow us such status, it would open a large can of worms.
    .
I was (perhaps misguidedly) under the impression that the BNP/EHRC court case which forced us to open up our membership had the final effect of ourselves being officially recognised as indigenous British people…..but it is not my field of knowledge.
    .
If such a thing was done officially, could this have implications for the elites previous and current avoidance of our inclusion into these laws and (albeit non-legally binding) treatise like the UN Declaration?
    .
I wouldn’t believe that the law courts or the state/international machinery would ever allow a victory on this kind of thing anyway though. It is neatly stitched up and corrupted, and certainly premature to try to push it at the moment – considering that we are in a bit of a lull both internally and externally.
    .
Also, unfortunately, it seems to me that the majority of the population are oblivious to such an argument as this, and are not really ready to hear it. Hopefully we can introduce some sense of self-identity before too long, but I am not going to pin my hopes on that being done in time. The regular programme has to remain in the meantime. Full policies, rational arguments on the range of issues, explanation and good representation of our position and values.
    .
At least it is there and existing to be shown as a double standard. That is useful enough for the time being, so thanks for the insight on these “Workshops” and “Papers” which further show us official recognised definitions and further show us their hypocrisy. I do not remember coming across these particular ones before, so cheers!

  5. The Marxist-constructed UN definition that indigenous people can only be deemed indigenous after they fall into minority status, is a crime against humanity. It also means potentially that Johnny-Come-Lately invaders granted positions of high profile over us in our ancestral homelands via criminal Affirmative Action legislation, can actually take it upon themselves to banish indigenous White peoples from out of their own ancestral homelands forever on any number of spurious allegations and accusations

The architects and supporters responsible for such an act of Genocide because that is what this is, have got to be arrested and charged with GENOCIDE along with the crimes of TREASON, SEDITION AND SUBVERSION, pronto.

It’s way past time for ALL of the indigenous peoples of Europe and the British Isles to consolidate their plans and strategies with like-minded self-interested groups across the whole European continent and as far afield as America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, to destroy the New World Order and its United Nations population culling and ethnic-cleansing (Genocide) machinery works.

If it means initiating operations to secure the acquisition of, for example, nuclear weapons in the shape of ground-to-air missiles, I have to say I’m entirely in favour of it as there’s little left to lose if one loses his ancestral homeland, lineage, language, heritage, culture, belief system and traditions since identity markers like these are what makes living purposeful. Without them, a person is no better than a specimen belonging to the ranks of the living dead.

After all, as native peoples and nations of European and UK stock were earmarked for extermination by the New World Order architects and engineers at least a century ago without our even being aware of it until a mere decade or two ago, the least we can do is to take our traitorous, treacherous and murdering political elite and their progenies along with us on that one-way rollercoaster ride to the very depths of hell.

  6. I never say that I am British, that counts for anything these days, instead I always say that I am indigenous or ENGLISH, although some of the people who have travelled from far away lands to get here now call themselves ENGLISH as well.

  7. Payback’s a bitch huh? After all the REAL indigenous peoples of the world Britain has spent its time raping, murdering, exploiting, thieving from, you now are whining that you cannot claim full status as indigenous peoples? Hahahahahahahaha! That’s rich 🙂

    • What is your basis for this?
Furthermore, why do you feel you need to believe in anti-white propaganda?
Is there something lacking in your life, do you have no clear sense of purpose?
Perhaps you hate your self and you project that onto your race, or you are not white and you blame white people for your own failings?

  8. Yes many people hate us yet they still keep fighting to get into the country. I wonder why. As for all the people we pillaged at lest we brought education, law, health care. So instead of saying how bad we were look at the good we did. Remember it was the lords and ladies who got the money and wealth not the people of the UK.
